The E-MED project will be present at the Foro de las Ciudades 2026, held at IFEMA Madrid, as part of the session “Interreg Euro-MED solutions for greener, healthier and more resilient cities”.
This session, organised within the framework of the Interreg Euro-MED Green Living Areas Mission, will bring together Spanish partners from different thematic projects to share solutions tested across Mediterranean territories and explore opportunities for collaboration and replication.
E-MED will contribute to the discussion by presenting its work on sustainable electric bus systems for public transport, highlighting the role of cleaner, more efficient and low-emission mobility models in the transition towards greener, healthier and more resilient cities.
The event will address key topics such as:

🚍 Sustainable mobility and urban logistics
⚡ Energy transition and urban infrastructure
🏙️ Urban governance and planning tools
Through its participation, E-MED reinforces its commitment to knowledge transfer, international cooperation and the development of practical solutions for the sustainable transformation of urban mobility in the Mediterranean area.
